Exercise is well known to keep your immune system strong, relieve stress and make you feel happy, which is especially important during these uncertain times. Remember to use the space that you have around you, even if you don’t have a garden to exercise in, you can use your living room for yoga or pilates.

3. Get Plenty of Sleep
Getting at least 7 or 8 hours of sleep every night is important to keep your immune system working effectively to fight off bad bacteria. Getting the right amount of rest each night can help you keep your daily routine feeling somewhat normal.

The majority of us have now switched from our normal office environment to a home working space, sometimes it can be difficult to put down your work and fully power off…
Remember to take much needed mental breaks through the day and especially at night. Make sure you set some time aside by taking a walk, practicing some mindfulness exercises or unwind by getting away from your computer screen to read a book.
5. Eat Well And Get Your Vitamins!
Grabbing your fix of vitamin C and D are extremely important for your immune function, especially vitamin C, which is found in all kinds of fruit and veg, such as: broccoli, cauliflower, kale, kiwi, orange juice, papaya, peppers, sweet potato, strawberries, and tomatoes.
With all this time spent inside, it often leads to a deficiency of vitamin D with the lack of sunlight. So it is important to consume vitamin D through food sources including oily fish, eggs, and mushrooms.
